I absolutely loved the charming and cozy atmosphere of the hotel. The decoration had a perfect mix of traditional and modern elements, making it feel welcoming and comfortable for senior people like myself. The hotel's general areas were well-maintained and beautifully decorated, creating a pleasant ambiance throughout. Additionally, the hotel was easily accessible for senior guests, with well-lit hallways and conveniently located elevators.

The children working there could have been more attentive and helpful to senior guests.

We had a great stay at Altstadthotel Arte. The location was perfect, allowing us to easily walk to nearby attractions, restaurants, and shops. The hotel also offered a safe in the room for our valuables. Breakfast was a highlight, with a wonderful selection of food. Another plus was the underground garage, which easily accommodated our big car.

The location was perfect, right in downtown and above a restaurant. At night, the view from our room was absolutely stunning. The hotel was extremely warm and cozy, making it a great place to relax after a long day of exploring. The service was excellent, with room service, car hire, and dry cleaning available. The staff made us feel welcome and were always willing to assist with any questions or requests. The room amenities were top-notch, with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We especially appreciated the mini-bar and sitting area. this hotel provided a luxurious and comfortable experience.

The hotel’s prime location is ideal for exploring the city’s intriguing Old Quarter and other sights. It's in the heart of the city, close to all the attractions, yet situated in a quiet space. The hotel's proximity to Frankfurt airport makes it convenient for business guests.

There were some issues with the internet connection, and the staff could have been more helpful in guiding us about the parking payment system nearby.

It is basically an excellently situated 3 star hotel. It may not be particularly luxurious, but clean and functional. I chose it because of location - everything in Fulda's Altstadt is literaly minutes away on foot. I only stayed one night, my rental car was happy in the underground garage while I was exploring Fulda at leisure. The reception staff were friendly and helpful, e.g., I asked for directions to leave town towards a certain destination and their instructions were clear and detailed. I am not a vr demanding customer though. There is a brauhaus right next to the hotel that is, apparently, affiliated with it in some way, and that is where they serve breakfast and offer dinner. They keep recommending it to you, e.g., if you ask for restaurant suggestions, but not in an outrageously pushy way. I did not use the brauhaus so I cannot review it.

IIRC, either there was no internet or it was quite pricey.

The value for money at the hotel was excellent, with a spacious and comfortable room that had everything we needed. The location was perfect, within walking distance of all the sights, and the staff treated us well.

The morning meal could have been better with a wider variety of options.
